I started scrapbooking 8 years ago. My intention was to make an album of my son’s wedding, so I went to a weekend scrap retreat. After 2 days I had finished 8 pages and I was hooked. It took me 18 months to finish that huge album and I have done more than 40 large albums since. After scrapping 6 or 7 albums, I found that I was getting frustrated at not being able to create the beautiful images that I wanted to. I was also wasting a lot of time trying to come up with ideas for each page. Then I discovered the Cricut Machine. My chin hit the floor when I saw the gorgeous and fun images that it could create. I found it so inspiring, that I could scrap all day and I often do! I hope that you enjoy looking at my work and get some ideas for your own pages.
I intend to post my work in albums with different themes such as everyday life, baby, wedding, travel, Halloween, Christmas and heritage ( I have not done my heritage yet, but am looking forward to doing so). When I post, I will give a brief description of what I have used to create the page. The first album on the Home Page is the album I am posting now. I will add to it when I can. When it is full, I will begin a new one.
I keep my scrapping simple. I just use my Cricut Machine, my Cuttlebug for embossing and my Creative Memories tools. I am also very fond of Martha Stewart punches. I have recently discovered Kiwi Lane Design templates and am having fun with them.
